What is the difference between BASIC, PRO, and PREMIUM packages?
Each package offers a different level of service:
BASIC includes only a 3D model (no textures or renderings).
PRO includes a rendered version of the 3D model with realistic lighting and materials.
PREMIUM adds real, shoppable furniture with links and prices—either rendered or surrendered.
I already have a 3D model. Can I still use your services?
Absolutely! We offer standalone services like:
Rendering of your existing 3D model
Furniture Finder to furnish your model with real products
Revamping to improve the layout, style, or function of your current design
What kind of files do I need to provide if I already have a 3D model?
We accept a variety of file formats including .SKP, .OBJ, .FBX, and others. If you're unsure, just send what you have and we’ll confirm compatibility.
Can I request changes after the first design is sent?
Yes! All packages include at least one round of revisions, depending on the service. Additional revisions are available upon request and may be priced separately.
How do I receive the final files?
You’ll receive all deliverables (3D models, rendered images, furniture lists) via Google Drive or WeTransfer, depending on file size. We’ll notify you via email once they’re ready.
Do you help with furniture shopping?
Yes! Our Furniture Finder service provides a curated list of real furniture and décor items from popular retailers like IKEA, H&M Home, and JYSK—with prices and direct links to purchase.
How long does each service take to complete?
Typical delivery times:
BASIC: 2–5 business days
PRO/Rendering: 5–7 business days
PREMIUM/Revamping: 7–10 business days

Yes! All communication, file delivery, and payment are done remotely, so we can work together no matter where you are in the world. We conduct consultations via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom —whichever platform works best for you — to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience.
